With all reservations at the hotel, a child up to five years of age, in the same room as the parents or person responsible (sleeping on the same bed as of the parents). In case that an extra bed is necessary, the service will be charged. In both cases the following legal documents will be required:
As provided for in the Brazilian Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Article 82) it is forbidden for children or adolescents to stay at hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or persons responsible, written authorization must be shown bearing the duly-notarized signature of the parents. Before accommodating persons under 18, even if they are accompanied by their parents, the identification documents of both the minors and the person responsible (Birth Certificate or ID) document must be shown.
Nights at the hotel start at 2pm and ends at 12 noon. For early check-in from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., a charge of half of the nightly rate will be payable.
Similarly, leaving after check-out time (12 noon) will also lead to one extra night being charged, subject to availability.
On-Line Reservations
All reservations done through this site will be subjected to guaranteed payment of the first night using the credit card given during the reservation.
Other reservations:
In other cases for requests for reservations, the first night’s charge is to be deposited in the bank in advance in order to guarantee the reservation and a copy of the covering document (scanned copy) sent to the e-mail address reserva@hotelaruja.com.br.
All non-guaranteed reservations will be canceled 48 hours after the request or at 12:00 (noon) on the check-in date.
No-show reservations without guarantees will be maintained until midday on the check-in date. After this time they will be automatically canceled.
No-show reservations with guaranteed registered using credit card information will be available for up to 24 hours from the arrival time.
- A courtesy breakfast will be served at the Vitória restaurant from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.. On Saturday, Sunday's and public holidays, breakfast will be served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m..
- There is parking space for one car per Room according to availability, free of charge to guests.
- The hotel reserves the right to request the presentation of a credit card by guests when checking in to cover payment of extra expenses.
- We accept the following types of payment: cash or credit card from the following operators: Amex, Dinners Club, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.
- We do not accept checks.
- We issue electronic tax invoices and therefore you should be aware that these will be sent by e-mail;
Cancellations of guaranteed reservations must be done in writing and sent to the following e-mail address: reserva@hotelaruja.com.br or by fax to 55 11-4655-0644 at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled check-in time.
Failure to cancel guaranteed reservations within the above deadline and /or failure by the guest to appear will lead to a no-show charge for the first night in accordance with the above reservations policy.
